Paola Giubergia has been named President of Lingotto Musica

Giubergia

Following the unanimous vote by the Assembly of Members on October 23, 2025, Paola Giubergia has been named President of Lingotto Musica succeeding to Giuseppe Proto.

Born in Turin, art lover, she studied Architecture and ran her own business before joining Ersel, the historic family company, in 2001. As Head of External Relations, she has personally overseen the organization of major exhibitions and events promoted by the Group. In 2015 she was a founding member of Camera, Centro Italiano per la Fotografia and an active member of the Consulta per la Valorizzazione dei Beni Artistici e Culturali di Torino. She has been part of the General Council of the Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo from 2019 to 2023. Currently, she combines her position in Ersel with her role as President of the Fondazione Renzo Giubergia, which was established by her father to support young musicians. She also serves on the Boards of Directors for both the Fondazione Paideia and De Sono Associazione per la Musica.

In welcoming Paola Giubergia and wishing all the best for her new President role, the Members, Board Members, Director and the entire Lingotto Musica team extend their heartfelt thanks to Giuseppe Proto: over the past seven years his dedication, passion and balanced leadership successfully led the organization through one of the most critical periods of its history. Giuseppe Proto will continue to be part of Lingotto Musica as a Board Member.
