Concert is included in the admission ticket to the Museo Nazionale dell’Automobile (permanent collection and temporary exhibitions), available for purchase online at ticket.museoauto.com.

Concert cancellations and refund methods
Refunds are provided exclusively in the event of concert cancellations
Should concerts be cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the purchaser shall be entitled to a refund of the ticket cost, inclusive of any advance booking fees, or the corresponding portion of the season ticket; the timelines and methods for submitting refund claims will be published on the website concurrently with the notification of the cancellation
Groups and Educational institutions
Groups and educational institutions, including schools, universities, and conservatories, are eligible for discounted rates on a selection of concerts. To inquire about these special rates, please submit a formal request from your institution to info@lingottomusica.it

Armonia Trio
Armonia Trio is a digital carnet that, for the price of 60 euros, allows you to attend three concerts or performances among those offered by the musical institutions that are members of Sistema Musica. From the calendar on armoniatorino.it you can discover all the Lingotto Musica concerts that are part of the initiative. Also online, it will be possible to book the desired event (while seats last) and choose whether to download the ticket in digital format, where applicable, or pick it up at the box office before the performance. It will also be possible to combine one’s carnet with that of other people and reserve seats to attend the same show together.
Accessibility
To best ensure the reception of people with mobility disabilities in the hall, compulsory reservation is required via email to info@lingottomusica.it or by phone at +39 333 93 82 545, Monday to Friday (10.00 AM – 12.00 AM and 2.30 PM – 5 PM), up to 3 days before the date of the event
Parking
Parking tickets are on sale for €4, valid on concert evenings from 7 PM to midnight in parking lots A, B, D, E, Le, and P05, both underground and outdoor. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
House rules
- Photography and recordings are strictly prohibited in the concert hall
- Latecomers will not be admitted to the concert hall once the performance has begun
- Lingotto Musica reserves the right to make changes to programs, performers, times, and dates
- Refunds will only be provided in the event of concert cancellations
- In case of theft or loss of the paper subscription, duplicates will not be issued. To use their seats, subscribers must present self-certification of theft or loss to the ticket office and purchase an admission ticket at a cost of € 1 to enter the hall at each concert
- Each individual ticket is named. At the time of purchase, the purchaser must also provide his or her own telephone and/or email address
- For tickets at a reduced rate, upon purchase and/or entry to the concert hall, the purchaser must present a document proving their entitlement to the reduced rate upon request from the control staff
