Noi Animali
Noi animali is the title chosen for the 2026 edition Lingotto Musica’s educational programme for children. The project encourages young participants to observe the world with curiosity and awareness, drawing inspiration from the major challenges of our time outlined in the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, in which the environmental crisis and the protection of biodiversity play a central role.
Grounded in the idea that human beings are animals among animals—an integral part of nature and the ecosystems we inhabit—the project fosters respect for others, an appreciation of diversity, and a sense of responsibility towards all forms of life. Poetry and music become powerful tools for empathy and sensitivity, children qualities that deserve to be encouraged. A “zoological” repertoire, free from cages and barriers, guides participants on a journey of discovery and balanced growth.
The project is developed through vocal and singing workshops for “Alberti-Salgari” (Emilio Salgari and Santorre di Santarosa) and “Costantino Nigra” (Angiolo Gambaro) Comprehensive Institutes, led by Piccoli Cantori’s vocal coaches Ilaria Zuccaro, Irene Barbiera and Matteo Sabetta.
The educational journey will ends in two performances on Thursday, March 26, 2026 in Sala 500 with the Piccoli Cantori di Torino led by Elisa Dal Corso and accompanied by Gianfranco Montalto on the piano.
